We had high expectations for this airbnb and every expectation was met and surpassed. It is a gorgeous, spacious, clean, and well-appointed property. They have thought of everything! we especially loved our meals in the dining room and hanging out in the kitchen and on the rooftop. we cooked several meals with ease. Thanks for the beautiful memories!

Came into town for my girlfriend's annual sibling trip and this location had everything we needed and MORE! From first seeing a hand written note, snacks, and a 12 pack of beer chilling in the fridge, I knew we had the most amazing hosts! Bob even made a point to pop his head over the fence and introduce himself and gave a bunch of great recommendations on places to go while cracking a few jokes too lol Having the extra large dining room table and a kitchen with a perfect layout to make the work flow efficient, we were able to entertain family dinners and breakfast there with ease. The kitchen being in the middle of the dinning room and the living room made it so even if you were busy in the kitchen you were still involved in all the activities and conversations happening. Lastly, make sure you take the time to read the note by the door all about "paying it forward" and do your part to help make the world a better place even if its in the smallest way!

The host did a wonderful job communicating, making local recommendations, and let us check-in early. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and labeled. The host made our check out process incredibly easy and was responsive and friendly through the entire process. I would definitely recommend and would stay again next time I'm in Denver.

This Airbnb was a wonderful base to explore Denver from. The place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with so many amenities that made it feel like home. There were many food and coffee options nearby and we appreciated how walkable the area was. We also loved the welcome note, snacks, and bottle of wine -- it was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! Would absolutely recommend for a larger group trip!

Location

Sorry we're unable to show you the location for this property

One of Denver's oldest and most historical neighborhoods conveniently located to everything you need and everywhere you want to go. Most attractions are walkable or a short Uber away. There are also always electric scooters/bikes nearby for rent. The closest light rail station to us is the 25th and Welton Station on the yellow L line. You can check the schedules and maps by searching RTD Denver. A car is recommended if you intend to visit the mountains or suburbs. You have private garage parking for 2. From the Airport: If you are driving, take I-70 west from Denver International Airport, and exit at Brighton Blvd. Take a left onto Brighton Blvd, followed by a left at Park Avenue and then a quick left to Curtis Street. You can also take the RTD A line train to the 38th and Blake or Union Stations and a 5 minute Uber from there (or walk 1 mile).
